1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BizAIReady's AI readiness consulting services ("Services") provided through our website at https://bizaiready.com ("Website"). By purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2.1 AI-Readiness Audits and LLM-Friendly Website Builds

BizAIReady provides two related services: (a) AI-readiness audits — diagnostic reports scoring a customer business against the BizAIReady LLM-friendly checklist, and (b) LLM-friendly website builds — implementation work that delivers a website with Schema.org structured data, an llms.txt file, an AI-crawler-aware robots.txt, and content patterns designed to lift AI-assistant citation.

2.2 Audit Deliverables

• Primary Deliverable: Custom AI-readiness audit report scored 0-100 with letter grade and per-dimension breakdown
• Delivery Method: Web-accessible report via secure link, plus email summary
• Delivery Timeline: 24-48 hours from order confirmation and information receipt
• Language: English

2.3 Website Build Deliverables

• Tier-dependent scope: Starter, Growth, or Pro packages as described on /pricing
• Standard inclusions: Schema.org markup, llms.txt, AI-crawler-aware robots.txt, semantic HTML, Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata, sitemap, canonical tags, mobile-responsive design
• Delivery Timeline: 1-2 weeks from intake call
• Pay-per-feature add-ons: Available individually as listed on /pricing

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

• AI-Ready Growth: $997 USD one-time + $39/month optional care
• AI-Ready Pro: $1,997 USD one-time + $99/month optional monitoring
• Add-ons: $79 to $299 USD each, one-time
• Currency: Payments processed in USD via Stripe

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Payment is required in full before service delivery begins.

3.3 Refund Policy

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Report Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use your customized AI readiness report for your business purposes. The underlying methodologies, templates, and frameworks remain our intellectual property.

We treat all business information you provide as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided for informational and strategic planning purposes. We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes from implementing our recommendations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
