Refund Policy — BizAIReady

1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand behind every audit and website-build package. If you're not happy with what we delivered, email us within 30 days of receiving your report (audit) or launching your site (build) and we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no questions.

We'd rather refund a dissatisfied customer than have one feel stuck.

2. WHAT QUALIFIES

A refund applies when:

• You purchased an AI-readiness audit ($47) and you're not satisfied with the report.
• You purchased a website-build package (Starter, Growth, or Pro) and you're not satisfied with the delivered website at launch.
• You purchased a pay-per-feature add-on and you're not satisfied with the implementation.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email contact@bizaiready.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number (in your purchase confirmation email) and the reason — even "changed my mind" is fine.
3. We respond within 2 business days.
4. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. EXCEPTIONS

A small set of cases falls outside this policy:

• Refund requests received more than 30 days after the original delivery.
• Third-party costs we paid on your behalf (domain registration fees, paid platform subscriptions, stock images) — we'll refund our service portion but not the third-party pass-through.
• Custom enterprise work covered by a separately signed statement of work that defined its own refund terms.
