Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 30 days of service completion if:

• The assessment did not meet the scope outlined in your service agreement
• Deliverables were not provided within the agreed timeframe
• The quality of recommendations does not meet professional standards
• You are unsatisfied with the service for any reason

Refund Process

1. Contact us at refunds@bizaiready.com within 30 days
2. Include your order number and reason for the request
3. We'll respond within 2 business days
4. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Exceptions

• Services completed more than 30 days ago
• Custom implementation work fully delivered and accepted
• Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
