This disclosure complies with Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法) and Stripe Terms of Service requirements for e-commerce.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION (販売の対象となる商品又は役務の種類)

BizAIReady provides two related services:

  • AI-Readiness Audit: Custom diagnostic report scoring a customer business against the BizAIReady LLM-friendly checklist. Delivered as a web-accessible report plus email summary.
  • LLM-Friendly Website Builds: One-time website implementation including Schema.org structured data, llms.txt, AI-crawler-aware robots.txt, semantic HTML, Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata, and AI-citation-optimized content.

3. PRICING (販売価格)

  • AI-Readiness Audit: $47 USD, one-time
  • AI-Ready Starter (website build): $497 USD, one-time
  • AI-Ready Growth: $997 USD one-time + optional $39 USD/month care
  • AI-Ready Pro: $1,997 USD one-time + optional $99 USD/month monitoring
  • Pay-per-feature add-ons: $79 to $299 USD each, one-time
  • Currency: All prices are in USD. Customers in Japan pay the USD-equivalent JPY amount via Stripe at the prevailing exchange rate at time of charge.
  • Tax: Sales-tax handling is determined by Stripe Tax based on the customer's billing address. Customers in Japan may be charged consumption tax (消費税) per applicable rules.

4. ADDITIONAL FEES (商品の販売価格以外に必要となる金額)

No additional fees beyond the displayed price. There are no setup fees, no platform commissions, and no hidden charges. Internet connection fees, device costs, and any third-party services the customer chooses to use (e.g., domain registration, third-party plugins) are the customer's responsibility.

5. PAYMENT METHOD AND TIMING (代金の支払時期及び方法)

  • Payment Methods: Credit card and debit card via Stripe
  • Payment Timing: Full payment is required at time of order, before service delivery begins
  • Processing: Payments are processed immediately upon order placement

6. DELIVERY TIMING (役務の提供時期)

  • AI-Readiness Audit: Within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
  • LLM-Friendly Website Builds: 1-2 weeks from intake call, assuming customer responds to content review within 48 hours
  • Pay-per-feature add-ons: Quoted individually at intake; typical implementation 3-7 business days

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (商品の返品に関する事項)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every audit and website build. If you are not satisfied with the delivered service, email contact@bizaiready.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No forms, no questions.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe) within 5-7 business days. Third-party costs that BizAIReady paid on the customer's behalf (e.g., domain registration, paid platform subscriptions, stock images) are non-refundable beyond what the third party itself refunds.
